Former President Thabo Mbeki Should help Zim

 I’m concerned about what is going on in Zim, President Robert Gabriel Mugabe is not a reliable person. Recently we were happy for Zimbabweans that our former president Thabo Mbeki intervened by negotiating with Mugabe and Tsvangirai until Mugabe agreed on power sharing.

This gave us hope that Zimbabweans’ lives will improve and even their currency will start gets a better value. Now Mugabe has changed. He is not good leader, this is not the way of leading the nation rather he is an oppressor.

Our former president should also intervene since he has nothing to do and his salary is not going to change. He couldn’t fix what is wrong in his country, but he could help other countries. I also think that Mugabe can take Mbeki’s word, they seem to be like friends.

 I’m not impressed by the way ANCYL President express his feelings in public. As a leader he should be good example, but i don’t c what kind of leaderhip skills can we cope from him. I don’t know whether i should say he does not have manners or what……….

MY Q:Where do we go as South Africans?

Recently, we had a new president and we are all happy about that since we believe that South Africa will now improve. my concern is about those who are resigning at this stage. next year there would be national elections, why can’t they just complete their term, i don’t think this is the right time for change in South Africa.

We are faced by high food prices, these changes will have an impact in the economy. i do not think there is something that will change in these five months since South Africa will be campaigning for the elections.
